Price performance balance, a nice hotel.

I liked the room's decoration and the comfort of the bed. Even the coffee cups were very nice. The reception staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel's location was excellent; it was quite close to the Dubai World Trade Center. There were also nice restaurants nearby. Also breakfast was good.

In the season I was in, it was cold in the evenings, there was a heating problem in the room. I got cold at night.

Thankfully, the staff took immediate action to resolve both situations. Overall, we loved the hotel, and the café serves

Our 7-night stay at Shada Hotel was great. We enjoyed the comfort, facilities, and excellent location. The hotel's design is unique and minimalist, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.

However, keep in mind that the hotel is still new, so there are some issues to address. For example, our bathroom had a leak that caused water to drip from the ceiling, and the shower drain would clog, taking time to clear. Additionally, the room's soundproofing could be improved, as we experienced a night with loud music and a neighbor singing in the middle of the night.

Wonderful

It was really cozy and loved the attention to details in every aspect of the room and the lobby. The staff are very welcoming and have been wonderful

I booked the twin room and the single bed was too small for my preference. All good otherwise, i would opt for king bed next time

Good value for money, a short walk away from the metro station, friendly staff, good attention to detail, comfortable rooms and pretty cafe. Would recommend!

Nice Hotel, close to the Metro. The rooms and the bathroom are spacious and extraordinarily decorated.

The rooms are only soundproof to the outside. You can hear all your neighbors, especially at the connecting door of the rooms.

Excellent stopover time

It was an excellent stay. I had a stopover in Dubai and I needed an accommodation for one night only – just to have a comfortable sleep. However, in Shada Hotel I received much better experience. I had a full-scale vacation (for one night, but still). I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, facilities of the hotel, the room. The hotel provided me an upgraded room and late check-out option (at 14:00 instead of 12:00) for free. The pool and the sunbath zone at the rooftop gave me a nice time of some rest before the flight. I would like to pay attention to the concept of the hotel. It seemed to me that Shada Hotel perfectly combines scandinavian hygge attributes and philosophy with local unique culture and features, eleganly integrated into each other. This combination creates an amazing experience. Thank you, dear Shada Hotel, for the hospitality, comfort and perfect experience which you provided to me. Shada Hotel will be my choice when I come to Dubai again. I can definitely recommend it.

Very Good

It has a good location, nice room design, and tasty breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned even once. Very-very slowly waiters and service at breakfast. We waited for more than 60 minutes on one of the days to get our food (30 minutes waiters just do not service us, then they prepared food for 30 minutes, and finally waiters forget what we ordered and we needed to order once again). I recommend staying in this hotel without breakfast.

Best experience Ive had in a hotel with such a low price.

This Hotel was just amazing. It’s 15 minutes walking to the metro station that takes you literally anywhere, plus there is a 24 hour supermarket open right next to the Hotel. The room and bathroom was super nice and big, very clean, aesthetically pleasing and had a lot of stuff such as flip flops and a lot of small kits you might need for your stay (they also offer you a laundry service). The Hotel also has a pool that was super nice with a crazy view, a gym a kitchen for room service with good food and even a theatre room. Lastly all the staff were very nice and welcoming ready to help you with anything you need at any hour. I will totally book again when I come back to Dubai.

Amazing place!

This is my second time at the Shada hotel. That is a very quiet hotel. The people working here are extremely kind. The rooms are big and full of essentials. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof. Amazing place! I will come back for sure!

Good choice

Good location for reaching the Metro station, World Trade Center (if you need it), and so on. Good staff, clean rooms. Also I'm thrilled with the cafe in hotel with a lot of interesting chocolate things!

There's some construction site near the hotel (as usual in Dubai) and work starts at about 7 am there. It wasn't a problem for me but if you prefer to sleep in the morning, it may be an issue. So better to ask the staff about the room view (a road or a construction site).

It's an authentic Saudi Arabic hotel, they have many traditional things such as praying mat, traditional aroma burnings in lobby. Will not work for people who are looking for classic international hotel
